Dear Mike and Sandy,

How can I ever thank you?  Our pilgrimage to Medjugorje and Italy forever changed my life. 

 I didn’t expect much of anything as I had been to Medjugorje six times before.  It was my third trip to Italy.  I was looking forward to getting away from the rat race and having some quiet time for prayer, plus a good confession with a priest who doesn’t know me (Ha-Ha). 

From the first night, I felt there was something special about being with the two of you.  Every day, I felt it even more. 

 I don’t know how you do it, but you really did it all!  Everything was so well planned and organized, right down to the last detail. It seemed like you thought of everything and you both went out of your way to make everyone feel comfortable.  Besides that, everywhere we went, they knew you!

 I’ve never been one of those “holy roller” types (just ask my wife!), but the spiritual part of the trip gave me more than I ever thought I was even capable of experiencing.  It was as if the Blessed Mother knew exactly how to get through to me.  I came home feeling like she lifted me up to walk beside Jesus, instead of dragging myself along some 50 yards behind Him!

 I didn’t know what to expect when you invited us to join in your missionary work, but I was moved to tears.  Muriel and I will remember the people we met and the experience of helping them for as long as we live.  

We can honestly say that we haven’t laughed that hard in years, either!  Sandy, you’ve got to write a book! 

 You called this pilgrimage “The experience of a lifetime” and you couldn’t have said it better.  Just want you to know that we’re saving up for an encore, so stay healthy!  God willing, we’re going to repeat that trip with you again some day!
